All prices are in NZ dollars and include 12.5 % Goods and Services Tax. They also include breakfast provisions and airport transfers, if required. Prices state are valid until 30 September 2008. Please ask us about our off season rates May to September.

- Check out time 11am, check in time from 2pm (both negotiable for your convenience)
Payment
A 20% deposit is required to confirm your reservation, or a current credit card number from which your deposit will be deducted. We have a secure online facility for credit card bookings.
Seven days prior to your scheduled arrival, we require the balance of your tariff to be paid. This can be also deducted from your credit card.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Diners cards.
Cancellation policy
If you unfortunately have to cancel a reservation within 30 days of your scheduled arrival, you will be required to pay 25% of the total payment owed.
We have a no refunds policy for cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date. However, if you do cancel, we will endeavour to rebook the apartment and if successful, your deposit will be refunded minus any costs incurred.
